Meet Lisa!
Connection and authenticity are central to Lisa’s practice, and she aims to create a space that feels safe and uplifting. Her areas of focus are anxiety, grief, and life transitions, with a special interest in supporting maternal mental health, including miscarriage and fertility struggles. Lisa’s practice is anti- oppressive, culturally aware, and trauma-informed. She takes an eclectic, person-centred approach, drawing on aspects of Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Attachment, Therapeutic Art, and Mindfulness.
