Online therapy can also make it easier to practice coping skills and tools within your everyday environment — whether that’s at home, during a busy season of life, or while navigating work, parenting, relationships, or personal challenges. Working in the spaces where you live and experience daily stressors can help therapy feel more practical, personalized, and sustainable.

Your wellbeing and safety are always our priority. In some situations, online therapy may not be the most appropriate form of support. If your therapist feels you would benefit from a different level of care or additional services, they will help connect you with appropriate resources.
