David Larmour
“An unprocessed past has power over us in the present … and if we don’t talk it out; we’ll act it out.”
- Narrative Therapy
Meet David!
David is a warm and thoughtful therapist who is deeply committed to creating a safe space for people to process life’s challenges. He brings experience working with people across different ages and stages of life, and he is passionate about helping others move toward their goals and become the best version of themselves.
David holds an undergraduate degree and two master’s degrees, including a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. He is also a registrant in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
Relational by nature, David is genuinely interested in the stories of people’s lives. He approaches therapy from a narrative perspective, recognizing that the meanings we assign to our experiences can shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and our future. He believes that when life’s experiences are explored thoughtfully and openly, healing and growth become possible.
If you reach out today, David would be glad to connect and begin the conversation.
