Meet Lisa!
Creating a safe, welcoming space where you can feel understood and supported is important to Lisa, as she believes that meeting you exactly where you are is the first step toward building trust and working together. In her practice, she draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other modalities as appropriate. Lisa's goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges and help you discover those powerful “A-Ha!” moments that bring clarity, hope, and growth.
