Michele strives to create a safe and welcoming atmosphere, establish trust, and help you identify your goals. In her practice, she uses elements of Solutions-focused Therapy, Emotion-focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, coaching and mindfulness. Her areas of focus include sex and intimacy issues, anxiety, stress, relationship and family issues, women's issues and grief.
